Services
The service on your vehicle does not have to be a one size - one price fits all procedure. We're happy to customize your maintenance work and do only what you want done during your visit. We'll recommend any needed work we see as a safety issue and to take good care of "your baby". But you decide what gets done and how much you want to spend.
You need education if you are under 16 years old and will be riding on trails or private land in Michigan. Typically it takes about 3-4 hours to go through the online course, excluding any quizzes and/or exams and restudying that you may choose to do. You may complete the course at your own pace. The course can be completed in one sitting or completed a little at a time over several days.
The primary purpose of this endorsement course is to provide instruction, public service and motorcycle safety. This course was designed to give experienced riders a hands on opportunity to understand and develop specific competencies to take the Secretary of State Motorcycle Driver Test. Call to sign up.

We were looking for a side by side for the fun of it. And to ride around with our grandchildren. We stopped at the perfect place at the perfect time. Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe is exactly what we were looking for. Chad gave us lots of information and is very easy to talk with. Dean also gave us lots of information to finalize the purchase and nice to work with. We are just driving it home but feel we were treated great and given lots of knowledge about our purchase. Very Happy!

"Tyler was honest and sent someone to get my bike due to my work schedule so I could have my new tires and handlebars installed, when it was discovered I needed to also get new grips he called ASAP and when I picked up my bike on a Saturday the Tech who did the work on it (Samuel) installed them on the spot for me and did an awesome job, he set my bars up to fit me best and showed me how to adjust them if needed as well. I would recommend them for any work needed if you are not able to perform it yourself. 2011 Suzuki Boulevard C50T "

"Just purchased a new Honda Pioneer 700-4. Chad was great helping me find what I wanted and getting us a great rate on financing. Dean also did a great job on getting is all taken care of when it came to signing all of the paperwork. Shout out to the owner Vonnie for giving us a great deal on a Hammerhead Torpedo go-cart for my grandkids. Overall great experience with everyone we dealt with!!!"

Dean, Ryan and the team were very helpful. Everyone was friendly and represented the company very well. The cleanliness was exceptional which tells a customer a lot about a business. Questions were answered quite well and with added humor which made the experience fun. I'm very happy with my purchase, and have peace of mind knowing I can come to Bay Cycle Powersports Center with any question or help servicing my little Honda. Thank you.

I have used the parts counter extensively and service department once. Rating the parts counter would be a five but I find their prices higher than other dealers within a reasonable drive. Additionally, their stock could use improvement. They've never had everything I needed. However, the help at the counter is top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Now, my service department experience is a 60/40. The only person I have interacted with is friendly and helpful. I did have to return, as the repair did not fix the issue. It was in fact repaired to satisfaction with the second attempt. The

I have an older 1994 GW 1500 SE (only 31000 miles) and got new tires and rebuilt the front end of the bike with new seals, bushings, and springs... Quality work and most importantly Bay Cycle Powersports was willing, had the knowledge, and necessary tools to do the work the bike required. Thank you.. "

I dropped my bravo 3 upper unit off to be looked at. Andy (the owner) told me 2 days to look at it. I called 2 days later and was assured he would have it apart and looked at that day. No call. No call, Thursday either. When I called Friday he still hadn't looked at it. I told him I would find someone else and I would come to get it. At that point he got an attitude with me and once again assured me he would look at it. 5pm rolled around on Friday, no call... I then sent a text (with no reply) that I would pick it up Saturday morning. I showed up Saturday and it was ripped apart. This was

After looking for several months for a Honda Rebel. I stopped in at Bay Cycle and was greeted by Chris who showed me a new Honda Rebel. He informed me that they had a used one in the back with 34,000 miles on it. I went to the back and was delighted to see the bike in good condition with a windshield and saddlebags. Vonnie and Cathy were able to get me financing. It was refreshing to deal with people who are so knowledgeable and professional. I was given a complete run down of how to operate the motorcycle. Chris and two other staff members helped me load the motorcycle on to my bike trailer. I
