I have worked with Rose Poblador and staff for over 5 years now. Rose and staff has always been very helpful and attentive to their clients needs. If there has been any pest issues that was brought to management's attention. I know first hand they delegate the work order out to the service company in a timely manner. Great people to work with.

I have lived at The Birches apartments since 2014, for 2 years and 11 months, and since then they have gone up on rent to 775.00 for a one bedroom when it used to be at 615.00 , when Monica was managing these apartments we use to have tenants appreciation day, bingo, pot lucks, things that brung the community together. Things have changed here at The Birches Apartments drastically and it's just dead here. They are making certain tenants pay for water not everyone pays water, hmm is that fair?

This company has vendors provide services at their properties and then do not pay their contractors. Even though the job was done well and on time they continue to put us off. It has been 7 months. Beware of this company. They are dishonest. Just more scammers trying to pull the wool over your eyes. I hope they enjoy the Karma that will befall them.
