Founded by Chuck King Jr. in 1965 under the name Charles King & Associates, King Asset Management has grown from one of the largest industrial developers in the San Francisco East Bay to one of the largest commercial office owners in Palo Alto.
King has completed over 150 projects totaling upwards of 4.5 million square feet, ranging from mixed-use, Retail/Office concepts, to high-end office and industrial. Though King Asset Management continues to diversify into non real estate related investments, their emphasis and passion remains commercial real estate.
