When I first got into Real Estate it was because I had a lot of fun buying my house and watching the process unfold. I learned a lot from the broker who helped me and eventually started working with him. I quickly realized that the sales culture didn't sit well with my belief system and I was quite thankful that my strongest asset would be the one my clients raved about most, customer service.
That was 2008 and since then things have flourished for me. It turns out that customer service was one aspect many Realtors, even great ones, didn't or couldn't provide. If I'm not immediately available I almost always reply within 30 minutes and this accessibility is just one of many things that my clients tell me they love.
