We are pleased so far with our experience at Epic, enough so to start an second kid into treatment. Good at : getting you in for emergency appointments and keeping the office running on schedule. Caution: bite turbos - make dang sure you can really chew with those before you leave! Only negative is the incentive program rewards the most for writing good reviews/free advertising and not the hygiene the kids need the incentive for.

We have had a very good experience with Epic. They are very easy to talk with and fully explain everything step. The points system they use helps my teenager work toward a goal and want to keep up with his cleaning, which is amazing as a parent. We have had no problems at all and would recommend them to all of our friends.

I just got my braces off and my teeth look amazing! I'm so happy with how they look now because I've always had little crooked teeth and never thought they would look very good even if I had braces. I can now chew better also! Dr. Hall and Alexis the staff member that worked on my mouth several times were very professional but still very kind, patient and gentle with my sensitive mouth! Thank you so much for my new smile!
