I have lived here for just over 1 year. The complex is well kept and maintenance folks are quick to resolve problems. However, this the noisiest complex I have ever lived. I have lived at 11 different complexes in San Diego county and this is the noisiest one due to the allowance of subwoofers. Subwoofer noise is omnidirectional. In my case, I have 2 neighbors with subwoofers that run them at various times. Management does not seem to care. Last night was 1:30 am and beyond. This morning was 7:00 am. Another was 6:15 am. Subwoofers should not be allowed in multiple dwelling units (MDU's). Also

I lived at Sycamore Greens for the last 2 years. The complex is clean and inviting. I always felt safe. My 2 bdrm was clean and felt new upon moving in. It's spacious, cozy and for the most part quiet. The complex and surrounding neighborhood offers great walking/exercising options.
I would like to acknowledge Micaela, the Assistant Community Director for her welcoming kindness, and superb communication. Whether it was answering a question or putting in a work order, she was always kind and professional. Also, I'd like give a thanks to Rodrigo in maintenance for his kindness and promptly fixing

I was only able to give 5 stars but i'd give 10 if i could ! Micaela has been the sweetest and so helpful when it came to moving into my first apartment. The neighborhood is so peaceful. Sycamore Greens is so clean and welcoming. The Maintenance Staff does an amazing job keeping this property looking beautiful . I can definitely say I'll be staying here a long time ! (:

Just recently moved in. The area is beautiful and close to the highway for an easy commute. The manger Katherine is very kind and helps you with your every need, she gave out gift bags for a Labor Day event and let the residents enter into a raffle for some really cool prizes. Definitely a place that goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents every need.

Maintenance request are handled promptly and with care. My staircase was dark and the only light I had was behind me as I went down the stairs. Before spending my own money buying temporary lights, I put in a maintenance request to see if they could help. About a week later, they installed a solar light that is soft and bright...shining right on my stairs and the common area below. So pleased! :) This complex responds quickly to requests and are very pleasant and accommodating.
