Excellent customer service from Lucy at the office. Gave me a fast quote and gave me options for installation. The techs arrived on time and proceeded to install the new water heater. They were able to redirect the water so that our restaurant could continue to operate even while they worked. They verified their connections, cleaned up their area and secured the pipes and water heater. Finally, they explained to me the warranty and possible future services that the water heater might need.

Very impressed by this company. Installed my Bradford White Water Heater in less than one hour and did quality work. Excellent customer service & professionalism put Water Heater Warehouse at the top of my list for anything plumbing related. I highly recommend getting a quote at the very least. They weren't the cheapest but for quality work, it's worth every penny!

Entire company staff was professional. Lucy at the front desk answered every question with solid technical answers and had many options available for the hot water heater and the details for the installation. Their prices are fair and reasonable for the quality of their products. The installation went flawlessly and was on time and completed quickly within 90 minutes. The final price was less than I expected. I would seriously compare their customer service to NORDSTROMS , or Tesla.

We received a text giving us the date, time, and name of the tech that was scheduled to arrive. The process was great because they kept us in the loop all along the way
The tech named Art arrived before his scheduled time which was fantastic. Art was very friendly and professional
The work was completed and they provided details all along the way
They removed the old water heater, cleaned up the area and improved the aesthetic with the tank-less option

This company is really on top of everything. From fast quotes, to slick tech in communicating with them, to availability of products, to their knowledge of systems, I've been completely impressed. Spoke with them only a couple of days ago, and via text sent pictures of my old water heater (tank), its location, etc., and I quickly received a firm price competitive bid. That, coupled with amazing reviews, led me to go with them for my new tankless water heater. Installation is clean, tight.
