Love this company... called a big name plumber and they came out and charged a large diag fee and then proposed an estimate for water heater replacement that was 100% larger than average. USA was straightforward and quick. They were able to diagnose and replace my failed heater to a tankless within 3 days and the coat was just above the competitor replacing a basic traditional water heater.

Water heater went out last night and I sent a mass quote request via Yelp this morning. USA Water Heaters was responsive and came out as soon as they were able. These guys were great! Called to get a quote to replace an old leaky standard water hater with a new tankless water heater. Dennis answered my call and was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone. The quote was nearly half as much as other plumbing company's wanted to charge. Day of install they were able to facilitate my requests. Chris had to do some minor extras because of some old plumbing, but it was cost effective and quickly done (previous plumber had dome the same for my toilet downstairs and it was around double the price).
No more leaky tank, hello Tankless! First hot shower was amazing and now I don't have to listen to the gurgling of the tank in my office!

I would definitely call this company before you call the one I just reviewed (Payless Water Heaters).
USA Water Heaters said they were going to come and they actually showed up and somebody is working to install a new water heater as I type this.
All I can comment on now is that they stuck to the time they quoted me and their prices are better than any other of the company's I contacted. And just to mention, today is Sunday and they are still more reasonable than any other on a weekday.
I will add more when the job is finished.

I had reached out to Dennis for a quote on a new tankless water heater since the quote I received from my plumber seemed too high. Needless to say, Dennis gave me a fair and competitive quote and scheduling the installation was fast.
On the date of the installation, there were no issues and his technician even recommended that we get a pressure valve regulator due to our high water pressure. Never did I expect high water pressure to be a bad thing and when I did further research, I've found the recommendation to be legit.

We noticed corrosion from a leak at the top of our water heater and decided to contact nearby water heater companies for estimates. Dennis quickly responded to my inquiry and after sending him photos of the water heater's condition, gave us his professional recommendation and a very fair quote. I must say Denis at USA water heater is the expert for tankless water heater. We have a Rheem tankless water heater that is only two years old and it has been broken for the past two weeks. After having three other plumbers to repair the unit, it was still not working.
