Brandon and Parker have grown up together in Columbia, South Carolina and have strong family ties to the community. While working part time during College, we delivered pieces of furniture in a small pickup truck. We started out small and our customers appreciated our efficiency and professionalism.

I was in a bind during my move to Columbia. ProHelp stepped in when no other company was able to unload my truck and the guys were amazing. One of the owners stopped by during the move just to check in and it meant a lot. I plan on buying a home soon and they’ll be my first call.

These young men are terrific! They were fast, neat and professional! I was in charge of getting furniture and other items to my siblings after our mom passed away. This company did everything quickly, safely and competently. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Five stars! Well done!!

Had a 2 man crew pick up and deliver furniture to me. Both men were professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. They helped move the old furniture out of the space for us and even returned a damaged chair to the store that same day after pointing out the damaged area to us. Highly recommend. I will hire them again.

What a great team! I had to reschedule my move four times and they were very responsive and flexible. I was worried about moving my treadmill and washer/dryer upstairs in my new home but they tackled it flawlessly! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for my next move.

Brandon is very prompt with returning calls for move estimates. His team, Mario, Nick, and Greg were prompt, courteous, and extremely careful. This move was out of a retirement community where my mom had recently passed. All were so sweet with kind words for me. I highly recommend Brandon and ProHelp Movers!

Highly recommend these guys! My husband and I used ProHelp for a long distance move and we couldn't have had a better experience. ProHelp handled the move-out in Charlotte, NC without us being present and met us in Columbia, SC for the move-in at our new house. They were extremely careful with our furniture and wrapped anything that they felt… needed to be, while also reassembling several items once we were moved in! Their staff moved quickly while still being cautious and finished in UNDER the time we had estimated it would take. We will only be using ProHelp for any future moves!

A relative hired Prohelp Movers to move some furniture from my basement to Prohelp's storage facility. It is good to have my basement back. The two gentlemen, Rodney and Demario, are the most polite movers I have ever met. Although I did not hire them, they treated me as if I did.
The owner of Prohelp, Parker, came to my home at the beginning of the move, introduced himself, went over the process of the move, got my approval and left. The move began.

These guys are unbelievable...the level of hard work and amazing customer service they offer is nearly impossible to find anymore...and they do it while working harder in a day then most people do in a month.
… Their day started today at 7am in Columbia...they came to Summerville and loaded 2 trucks worth. Unloaded in Lexington then loaded another truck at our storage unit so we could have everything we need for tomorrow.
Over 12 hours of physical and demanding work...and they finished the night with the same great attitude as they had in the morning!
