GO ELSEWHERE.
I found bubbles, scratches and lint in my window tint (even after they replaced it a second time). When I picked up my car the second time, I found my interior door panels covered in some kind of solution that they let drip all over the doors and strips of film left on the floorboard indicating a complete lack of care.
Keep an eye on your receipt - mine had no mention of which brand of tint they installed (very important if you ever need the manufacturer warranty).
Like others have mentioned, communication is definitely lacking. I was never told that the tint level we agreed on

Great job on my window tint! Car is much cooler to say the least, and looks very sharp! I went with the 35% tint and am very happy with it. I was surprised how much darker it looks from the outside compared to how light / airy the car seems on the inside. Very much appreciate that ATW put a little protective sticky-note on my window controls to remind me not to roll the windows down in the first 48hrs, otherwise I'm sure I'd have done it by accident. We're taking my wife's' vehicle back next month to get her windows done! Great job & price! Thank you again!

Really pleased with the service I received. When I called to set appointment I spoke with John. He was pleasant and professional. He was able to get me in next day for window tinting. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle John was there to greet me, again with professional service. He even called me soon after dropping off to clarify information we discussed over the phone. My vehicle was ready within a couple of hours and looks great. So glad I decided on Auto Tint West!

Great place to get your windows tinted. I just bought a new Mercedes-Benz last night. The first thing I wanted to do was get the windows tinted. I called Auto Tint West and spoke with John. He was professional from the moment he answered the phone and all the way until I left. Told him how excited I was about the car and how I wanted to get the windows done as soon as possible. He squeezed me in within an hour of our call. When I got there he took the time to show me the different types of tint and explain the differences so that I could make the best choice possible. Really happy with the work John did on my Challenger. Had a hood wrap done, some fender stripes plus I had him install some rear window louvres and a full grill insert. He did a great job on everything. Prices were very fair. Glad I chose Auto Tint West over the other similar businesses as they were overpriced and not open to doing jobs that aren't their usual kind. I highly recommend you take your Tint/Wrap/customizations to John.

Best prices around, trust me I made tons of calls for auto tint. Their customer service was awesome. Everyone was super nice and kept busy. Comfortable chairs in the waiting room. I would recommend making an appointment (they got me in next day) and allowing them to have your car for the day if needed...that's just consumer courtesy. The facility is in a safe area. I walked to a nearby food truck food court and had some lunch while my car was being serviced. Most importantly, they are very knowledgeable on window tint regulation and laws. Personally I am super analytic and when I decided to get my windows tinted in my car I per usual ended up creating an excel spreadsheet with prices, phone numbers, tint brands, and reviews. Like many others, my primary concern was price, and secondary quality, then brand ect of tint was last.

I setup a time about two weeks in advance to come in and have my cars windows tinted. The lady I spoke to said to be in at 9am sharp as they like to close up early on Saturday - understandable. I showed about 15 minutes early to be safe and waited until 9:35 (alongside someone else who apparently thought they would show up) until I finally went to another tint place. Why bother setting up an appointment for me if you have no plans on coming in? I would have appreciated at least a call to let me know.

I have a black Hyundai Sonata that gets incredibly hot when its 90+ degrees out. I was hoping to use window tint for basic privacy and heat reduction. John got back to me really fast with an online quote, and I was able to bring the car in the next day for tinting. John made several suggestions and recommendations, so I felt well-informed in making my decision. I chose the 35% tint all around. Installation cost $200 and was done in less than 2 hours. They have a waiting room with comfy couches and a TV, but I went and had lunch at the restaurant across the street. The window tinting looks

I recently had my 22' fishing boat completely wrapped by John Webb and his team at Auto Tint West and I am very pleased with the outcome. It all started from the initial contact inquiring about getting a wrap done as it was a process I have never done before and John was more than willing to share the basics prior to me even taking the boat by for evaluation. I then took the boat for evaluation so that he could provide an accurate quote and had it in his shop mid the next week to get the work completed.
