Excellent service all the way though! Called at 8:15AM and they were at my door at 9:00AM. Door required an additional special part which they had to obtain from one of their other trucks - no additional service charge. Unlike so many other companies, use pone to keep me informed at key points. This is a fine local company -- their ad gives their address and local phone number --no 800 number to make you guess their location!
