Services
We believe chemical dependency is a disease that, if adequately treated, can lead to long term recovery and a fulfilling life. Our treatment philosophy incorporates evidence based clinical components to provide comprehensive and innovative treatment. The goals of Davis Archway are to raise the standards for treatment, make clients the absolute priority, and demonstrate company values in our words and actions.
The Davis Archway Halfway house is located in Herman, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Often, individuals discharge from an inpatient treatment facility only to return to the same environment they left. For some people this is a supportive environment, but for others it is not. Often, individuals discharge from a structured treatment program and return home to have to deal with the stressors of: housing, rent, bills, unemployment and/or debt.
When getting ready to come into treatment, you will want to pack enough clothes for about a week. Bring clothing that is comfortable to wear. We do have washers and dryers on site that clients are able to use. If there are items that clients do not have upon their admission, we can assist in providing clothing and hygiene products.
We offer short term and long term residential services. The typical length of stay for short term is 28 days and long term is 90 days. Research in the field of addiction supports a strong correlation between time in treatment and length of abstinence. Readiness for discharge varies person to person based on their specific needs.
At Davis Archway Treatment Center, we believe in raising the standard of drug and alcohol treatment. For us, this starts from the beginning. When a client walks through the doors of Davis Archway they are met with by professional and caring staff to meet their needs. We use the approach of matching clients to specific counselors to make sure to help foster a therapeutic relationship from the start.

I was here in 2018 for 5 months, still clean 3 years later after 5 rehabs, 3 ½way houses, and a few institutions over 15 years. This place changed life. It's only for people that are serious about quitting though.

The place is a joke! My first weekend working there after having only 3 days training I was left alone working as a PA to monitor 24 -30 male/female clients....impossible! Clients and staff are directed not to interact with staff. Owner of the facility is ALWAYS inaccessible. IF he is at the facility he is locked in his office, and if you do knock on his door it depends on who you are that he answers. He is never seen within the facility.
No paid holidays, they promise bonuses which one staff member said she received a 50.00 Walmart gift card at Christmas.
The nurses do everything from medication

Horrible Experience with the staff, Especially Lisa(director), and Chet (owner). Terrible people to deal with at their new Emlenton Facility. They even treat family members of the patients with total disrespect and disregard for any helpful contact with your loved ones! If Possible, Do Not Let Your Loved Ones go to this "Brand New" Facility. The staff is terrible and I would never want my loved ones to have to endure the wrath of Lisa, who is supposedly the Director of the Facility... BEWARE!!!

Worst three months of my life. Very unprofessional of the way staff treated each other and clients. Multiple ethic violations. Counselors would often tell probation and parole officers of personal matters having nothing to do with recovery. Bottom line is that money ruled, not recovery.

Success comes from the top... unfortunately the leader Chet At Davis extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Therefore, the staff is mislead. I do not recommend this facility to anyone or their loved ones. The counselors are not compassionate and follow Chet’s dishonesty. It is such a shame with the beautiful new facility.

My name is Ryan Jelliff. I waited 3 months until after I got out to give an updated but honest review before and after. The culture shock was rough@ 1st but truthfully the place saved my life. The program is set up so you carry yourself w/ consistency & integrity, even if you feel like you had none left prior to arrival. The staff there have others best interest in mind. Keep in mind we are addicts and always aren't the easiest to deal with. Im celebrating 10 months today & DA was a huge integral part in that. Thank you for my life back! 🙏

One star because I can't give a negative number. As stated, employees are unprofessional and arrogant; they are rude to each other, and to the residents and their families. Most are grossly under-qualified with a bachelor's degree at best bc the owner is CHEAP and won't pay master's level therapists. He sniffles and cries over addiction, and puts on a good show for a first impression, but it is a facade for sure. The menu for these poor guys is straight up carbs - never saw fresh fruit or vegetables served. Lots of frozen potatoes, and cheap processed sugar and flour - no hearty, real food - all
