After waiting a whole month with discomfort in my eyes and scheduling an appointment I get a phone call explaining they cannot see me because my secondary insurance they do not accept. Rather then telling me this to begin with. So I wasted a whole month waiting for an appointment when I could have gone else where. I would not recommend this place because the receptionist who informed me was rude and didn’t even explain a acceptable reason for them waiting my time.

When it says Dr Covici is rude...his staff is rude also. If your lids are sagging still after he's done his work forget about him fixing anything he will not fix anything that he doesn't feel is wrong. When clearly you can look in the mirror and your eyelids are sagging still! I always give props to good doctors and good people when they give good service but this is the worst doctor I've ever dealt with in the 66 yrs of my life. My brother had the same procedure done and he was disappointed also. Good luck with your procedure I hope you find the right person.

Dr Covici recently performed an eyelid lift because my sight was being seriously reduced. He and his entire staff are kind, professional and caring. Everyone who has seen the results after only three weeks has been complimentary and surprised that I recovered so quickly. My peripheral vision has improved greatly. Dr. Covici is a soft-spoken man who throughly explains every aspect of the surgery. I recommend him highly.

If I could give Dr. Steven Covici ten stars I absolutely would! I've always had droopy eyelids that made me look old, tired and sad. I was also born with atrocious, dark purple circles under my eyes that made me look like the Bride of Frankenstein. Dr. Covici is an incredibly intuitive, understanding, compassionate, and sincerely empathetic person who possesses a high level of emotional intelligence. Dr. Covici and his team are extraordinary. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived at the office. The care, the EXCELLENT excision surgery and the extra care taken by all of the staff guarantees I will be a life-long patient, and if I do not need his services, I will still be a a lifelong supporter making referrals. I refer everyone I know and love to his office. Never did I feel rushed or condescended to in any way. All of my questions and options were explained thoroughly, in intelligently and without prejudice. In other words, Dr. Covici made the Moh's surgery a good option for me as well,

Dr. Covici performed my three year old daughters tear duct surgery after a failed attempt by a surgeon before him. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Covici. He is a wonderful man and Doctor with excellent bedside manner. He was very informative and has a very calming effect which was helpful for myself and partner who were under extreme stress having to put or toddler under the knife twice in such a short period. I would without a doubt not hesitate to refer him to anyone.

I am a certified medical assistant in Western MA, and I am very familiar with the outstanding reputation that Dr. Covici possesses, so when it came time for me to have an upper eyelid lift I of course wanted the best. The entire experience was very positive, with the whole staff making me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Dr Covici is superbly skilled, not to mention caring and compassionate. My friends and family have said that my eyes look very natural and youthful, and I could not be more pleased!! I met Dr. Covici in the spring of 2012, after almost a year of bulging eyes due to Graves’ disease/thyroid eye disease.
