Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.
Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.
Over time our teeth begin to weaken and become more susceptible to problems such as decay, cracks, discoloration and others. If you feel your smile isn't what it once was, crowns can help you recover your smile. I have been visiting Dr. Dunne since 1988. He continues to be our family dentist, even though he moved around in the Norther Virginia.
Dr. Dunne is professional, courteous, and meticulous in his approach. He takes time to ask questions and explains everything patiently.
The location is outstanding and I was pleased to see the attention given to Covid protocols. His staff is friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable, confident and reassured during/after each visit.

I highly recommend Dr.Dunne! He takes his time to the explain what he is doing. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and Dr Dunne and his staff put me at ease. The office is taking extra precautions during Covid. His office is clean and his staff is very friendly. Dr. Dunne is very soft spoken and personable. Both my husband and I have the privilege of having Dr. Dunne as our dentist. He is absolutely one of the best dentist I have gone to in all my years. He is very skillful and his work is excellent . We have both been very pleased with our experience at the office and very satisfied with our dental work . I started coming here after my husband and I got married. Honestly, I was a little weary at first because I hated going to the dentist and I had had bad experiences in the past with dentists. I must say my first impression of Frank Dunne was a good one. He was very nice and very gentle with me, almost importantly, he make me feel very comfortable. Being someone who hated going to dentist, Dr. Dune made me change my mind about going to the dentist. :)

Our family was not blessed with good dental genes. Over the years, we have seen a good number of dentists. About 20 years ago, we were so blessed to have found Dr. Dunne who is gentle, thorough and methodical. Dr. Dunne is a perfectionist who performs nothing but top quality dental work for his patients. Visited this office maybe two years ago for a cleaning and was underwhelmed. I received a bill shortly thereafter for out of pocket expenses and paid it. Nearly two years later, I received yet another random bill for less then five dollars. What is this place about? Padding bills and lining pockets. Buyer be warned. Unfortunate.

Dr Dunne is the greatest! Always professional but with a gentle and caring touch. Additionally, I have noticed in the 13 yrs I have been his patient that his staff stay with him forever too (no turn over in this practice), which tells me he's not only a good dentist, he is also a good employer. I am terrified of the dentist, to the point where I have let my teeth go for far too long as I'm sure many people do. But since my two visits to see Dr. Dunne, my fears have really subsided. He is very gentle, careful, and thorough. He also will answer any question you have, which makes it a lot better for someone who may be unsure of what is about to happen and therefore more fearful. His staff is also great. When I signed up as a new patient, they made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Dunne is the most caring and at the same time professional dentist I've ever had! He and his staff are simply wonderful. I recently had two crowns replaced, not an easy procedure, and he and his staff made it a thoroughly enjoyable, even joyful experience. Thumbs definitely up for Dr. Frank Dunne!

This office is fantastic! Dr. Dunne is super kind, sweet, compassionate and checks in on you between office visits. His office really cares about you. He cares about you! He has a gentle touch, isn't overly agressive, takes his time, answers all your question. Just a top notch guy. I HATE going to the dentist, but I love this staff and Dr. Dunne.
