When I found Fantasy Hair approximately 10 yrs ago I was so happy. Having alopecia starting at the age of 18 months old (I'm 62) was never a welcoming adjustment, but when you have no choice you deal with it. I've been through ALL types of wigs. I was a client/customer @ Fantasy Hair, Wurstsboro,NY for 7 plus years. I had Alopecia so I purchased and used Pat Morris's services. I consider my self a good customer. Paid in Full, no credit problems and generous tips. Their were minor issues over the course of the years including, hair system thining to rapidly, wrong color etc. Pat always was very responsive. In my opinion the last couple of years it seemed she was distracted by ongoing family illness and her own health problems. She also started an online clothing business. Very very disappointed from this lady. My mom who has cancer has stopped to buy a wig the cost was $27. This lady told my mother that she will sent her receipt by email. My mother was surprised that she charged her $270 , the next day she went to the store for clarification and this lady did not want to returned the extra money that she charged.
