Called before they opened and left a message about a serious pnemonia and a while recuperating was recommended to get nebulizer. As of noon, no reply. Called and front desk person said she hadn't checked messages. Really? Turns out they don't take Medicare for nebulizers even though nebulizers are covered under Medicare. Said they didn't get enough back from them. Cold attitude. No thanks:((

Not terribly efficient. They forgot that I was picking up a wheelchair. I was told it would be a few minutes. Thirty minutes later a women came out and apologized about having forgotten to take care of it the day before.
They first sent someone to get the wheelchair from their warehouse. If you can't remember to take care of your job at least give the customer a heads up so they can come back later.

My Doctor ordered a Nebulizer for me and my Insurance company used Care Centrix to find a medical supply company and they came up with Unity Medical as a local supplier , they had my bag ready for me with the equipment and asked me to sign the papers for insurance reimbursement when i went to there office. When i got home and opened the bag it was apparent the equipment was used and old. I called them to complain and they said my Blue Select insurance did not say specifically that my equipment had to be new!!!! So they charged my insurance company for new equipment prices and gave me old used

I moved here in November, use a bi-pap machine and needed supplies. I visited my Dr and I selected Unity to provide supplies. I visited Unity, met with their Respitory Therapist and ordered a new mask. I told the Therapist that I had met my deductable for the year but he insisted hat I would have a $48. Copay. I paid the copay, ordered the mask and waited. After receiving the mask I went online and checked my insurance payment and sure enough, there was NO PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY. I called and was told to speak to Thomas who wasn't there. I called Thomas the next day and he told me I needed
