This was my first waxing experience (a Brazilian 😳 ik! 😂), I have to say how nervous I was. I booked my appointment on a whim and went off of the reviews I read. Lena is very professional, and made me feel very comfortable. She is very kind, fast and detailed. Her store is very clean, open, bright, quiet, all aroudn enjoyable atmosphere. I cancelled the first appointment because I was scared. But when I finally decided to go, it was a great experience. Elena was very kind and compassionate. She made me feel as comfortable as you can be while having a Brazilian done. Very knowledgeable about products to use to prevent ingrown hairs but did not push the products she offers. Very happy that I listened to the reviews and went to see her!

I HIGHLY recommend Lena at Wax to the Max for your waxing needs. Upon arrival - you will appreciate the serene and spa like atmosphere. It’s bright, clean and quiet. Lena was pleasant to talk to, yet still very professional when it came down to getting to work. I have been to other locations where the experience wasn’t as nice and left there in pain. That is NOT the case with Wax to the Max. My experience with Lena restored my faith in waxing again :-). I will definitely be going back and recommending her to my friends!

I visited This place after getting a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. Lena is super profesional and an expert with her waxing skills. She is friendly and guided me through the process. She made it fast and painless. It is great to have her in the area. I love to support her small local business. I already booked my next appointment.
