I would recommend the Bouma group to anyone! I found the entire team to be highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive. They have seemingly thought of everything to make the daunting task of moving as easy as possible, including access to a courtesy truck. Martin maintained frequent communication regarding feedback from potential buyers and marketing strategies. When we received an offer, the closing team gave clear direction on what was needed from me to facilitate the process and avoid unnecessary delays. Martin and the Bouma Group were very helpful in my particular set of circumstances. My father had passed and we needed to sell his condominium. I specifically asked for Martin because Martin had worked with my late parents on a few other real estate transactions while they were alive.

We used The Bouma Group to find a home in Ann Arbor. We had a very quick transaction - put an offer in on the first home we looked at with them. The negotiation was fairly smooth with our buyers agent, and Martin got involved to nudge the sellers to accept part of the offer they were on the fence about. Their closing manager Becki is AWESOME! She was proactive on all of the details for closing and her communication was top notch. And we appreciated that they had a moving truck we could use to move a few things before the professional movers arrived with the rest.

We contacted the Bouma group when we decided to move back to MI after living out of state for 5 years. Our agent, Heidi Elder, contacted us within 24 hours of my first email and even after our initial phone conversation I knew we had made the right choice. Excellent work from start to finish. I had to sell a house in Ann Arbor while living in Columbus, Ohio, and Martin (and his team) made it painless and actually pleasant, which has not always been my experience with other realtors.
