Daniel J. McCarey, an attorney with almost 20 years of experience in litigation, founded the firm in 2011. Since that time, the firm has earned a reputation for effectively litigating complex matters as well as providing it's clients with successful appellate advocacy and alternative dispute resolution services.
Daniel J. McCarey is a native of New Jersey and the oldest of 6 children. Upon graduating from Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) in Lincroft, New Jersey, he attended Villanova University where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, in 1998. While at Villanova, Dan was a varsity Big East athlete, member of a national honor society, active in student government, and the president of his fraternity.
The pre-trial demand was $11,000,000.00. Our firm represented a not-for-profit, Project Hospitality, which provides supportive housing for the homeless. The case was defended by Daniel J. McCarey and the trial was second chaired by Jennifer N. Plant. Plaintiff alleged that she slipped and fell on ice on the steps leading to/from her house which was leased to her by Project Hospitality.
