We went to pick up our paperwork and found they put my husbands shortened (nickname) not his given name ~who does that? Jim is James. Harry is Harold. Johnny is John ~. We were shocked ~. Took off work to pick up paperwork. No discount given after they made this big mistake. Still haven’t been back ~. It seemed like such a good place. But for the $$$ they charge ~ someone should have caught the mistake . Management should have called us after this mistake ~
