We met Michael Bucchino in the early part of 2012, on Ronnie Drive, admiring the two homes he had recently built.
When Hurricane Sandy hit, one of the first people to stop and talk to us was Michael. Needless to say our home was destroyed-although the process of FEMA, insurance adjusters, and insurance payouts were cumbersome, not to mention the decision to repair or rebuild. All changes made to your specifications are documented by Bucchino, who will notify other professionals and officials involved in or affected by these alterations. We provide day-to-day site supervisors who oversee job progress, and ensure daily productivity. Our team takes into account the details that may need to be addressed after the Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.

Our skilled team will provide a building schedule customized for your building project, that fits your needs and time table. We bought a townhouse that Michael flipped. He did a nice job but at our closing he says “ call with any issues I stand by my work”. I called numerous times and no answer. Once I text him about a water bill that was never paid for, for 2-3 years before we ever even looked at the house I was told “it’s your problem”. They left an absolute mess in the attic. They were supposed to come back and finalize the dishwasher and driveway and never showed up. light fixtures are now starting to fall out of the ceiling. And frame work under cabinets are all coming apart.
