New Outlooks did a great job for us all the way from the initial scope to meet our needs both from a design aspect and the financial investment. They take care of the details and make it easy to build the plan. Once they begin the work, they communicate, are responsive and keep the site safe and clean. When any issues arose, they handled them promptly and professionally. We have a modern and beautiful kitchen and new flooring. Highly recommend them.

We've used New Outlooks for both a new Deck, and Basement Remodel. In both instances they were professional, courteous, and provided a high quality product that we continue to receive compliments on day after day. Jon was a pleasure to work with, and was responsive and reasonable when we hit a few bumps or challenges. Prices are on the higher side of competitive, but the finished product and overall responsiveness and professionalism make me feel like our money was well spent. Something, that is unfortunately a rarity in the world of home improvement contractors. We will easily consider New Outlooks

We had New Outlooks put on a small addition and renovate most of the first floor of our home including the kitchen, half bath and laundry. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. They impressed us in several areas. They did a good job organizing the project and keeping us informed. They provided a timeline for activities and tied their payment schedule to defined construction milestones. They assigned a project manager to us that we could always talk to and we had weekly meetings with the Owner, sales/design lead and PM. Their quality was very good. During one of our weekly meetings

New Outlooks Construction Group has done a lot of work for me over the past 25 years, both residential and commercial. They do very good work, are honest, stay on schedule, keep you informed about progress and issues, keep your house, pets,and kids safe, and work with you and your budget. I would not use any other construction company.
