Donal Machine Inc. is a manufacturer in the business of supplying precision machining and sheet metal services since 1969. We serve the aerospace, automotive, agriculture, and other commercial industries. Manufacturing services are provided to customers throughout the U.S. and internationally. In its forty-five year history, the company has grown and is now located in a 30,000 square foot facility with easy access to HWY 101.
Since 1969, Donal has implemented leading edge solutions whenever a new technology has been made available. Today's CNC equipment is integrated into the factory with automation and interoperability. Donal is equipped with modern, Flexible Manufacturing Centers built by Okuma and Makino, which allow for economical, smaller quantities with extended scheduled deliveries; ideal for families of parts going direct to your assembly line.
The latest, auto-loading equipment is used at Donal for all our Laser Cutting. Customers depend on our outstanding service and timely delivery to maintain their assembly line and production schedules. Cost efficiency and quality are the determining factors in deciding in favor of laser processing. Lasers are fast - the process speed is often greater than with conventional processes and the workpiece does not experience a mechanical load.
A significant part of Donal's 30,000 square feet of floor space is dedicated to precision fabrication. Five precision weld stations over two shifts using modern equipment, including inverter welding units and Fanuc Welding Robotics, allow Donal to create results to suit your needs. Overhead cranes, Vertical Machining Centers, a Horizontal Boring Mill, Lathes and Grinders are used to finish close tolerance projects.
High tech equipment allowing for tight specifications and large production runs. Can meet tolerances of up +/- 0.00015 (4 microns). Our Trumpf Trulaser 3030 laser cutter creates extremely smooth cutting edges that are micro-burr-free. It can process workpieces weighing up to 1,980 pounds with a maximum sheet thickness of up to 25 mm (depending on material).
