Fast, professional and also Alfonso is just a great person and was fun to talk to while explaining my project to him. I needed a one of a kind 2inch hitch Receiver Assembly.
To correct an 6 inch off centered mount on a RIGD ultra swing tire carrier on my 4 Runner. In one hour! Alfonso made a costume Horizontal hitch mount to get my bike rack back on center. ( or any thing else I want to run in the receiver)

I called him super late.
He calls right back and squeezes me and my truck in (to my surprise) first thing the next morning!
He could of done the job for me easy but gave me a cheaper option going to a sheet metal supplier.
He recommended to have them fabricate it for me at a much lower price!
Talking with him I could clearly tell he was knowledgeable, capable, and had my best interest in mind.
He insisted I call him anytime with any question I have along the way!
Did I mention my truck broke down on the way to meet him? He drove to where I was and helped me get back home...

My husband and I live in the Sacramento area. We were looking for someone to weld a fence for us and when I posted to one of the contractor sites Alfonso was the only contractor who contacted me - all the way from Petaluma! He spent a very long time discussing the project on the phone with me, educating me about the process of welding and the materials used and was even willing to drive the hour and a half to see the site and meet with me in person. What incredible customer service! Eventually, we found a local contractor to do the job but I would have given up entirely if it were not for Alfonso
