Pam Vieau, owner and resident chocolatier of Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. is a culinary artist with fifteen years of practical experience developing and marketing specialty chocolate products and confections. She is an accomplished chocolatier with a solid knowledge of chocolate and confections having trained under American, Swiss, Belgian and French Master Chocolatiers.
In addition to experience, Pam's passion and enthusiasm for her craft provide the foundation for all her classes whether they are simple or complex. Her teaching began in 2002 based on the recommendation and support of her friend and mentor, Elaine Gonzalez. She began with Triton College, where she developed and taught the chocolate and confection courses for the culinary curriculum.

At this time, Chocolate Inspirations, LLC does not have an active trademark registration for the "Happy by Chocolate" mark, we but are excited to pursue federal registration.

Chocolate Inspirations is quite simply amazing! I ordered vegan chocolates as stocking stuffers for my daughter for Christmas ~ the Artisan Italian Orange Bar, the Peppermint Bark treat bag and the Salted Oreo Bark treat bag ~ and she loved everything! She left a little of the Oreo Bark and my husband and I (who are not vegan) devoured it! On top of that, I received my order with a handwritten thank you note (such a nice, personal touch) and a sample bag of their vegan caramel corn ~ it was delicious! Excellent customer service and amazing chocolates. I will definitely order from here again and

I had some chocolates sent to my vegan boyfriend and he LOVED them!! Chocolate Inspirations provided a great variety of different vegan options and everything tasted wonderful. My favorite were the peanut butter pillows and his was the mandarin oat bar. We had these chocolates shipped all the way to California and they held up great! I highly recommend this shop - especially for your chocolate loving vegan friends!

I LOVE Chocolate Inspirations! They have such a large variety and their chocolate is to die for! They are usually paired with Pollyanna in the Downtown Roselle Progressive Dinners and add the perfect touch to the event! They delivered on Valentine’s Day to my husband’s work and the tower of chocolate arrangement was perfect and affordable! I was also just at an event where they were selling chocolate shot glasses! So good! I’ll definitely be placing an order for Easter this year as I don’t see myself shopping at this time! Don’t wait, try their chocolate today if you haven’t yet!
