Have been shopping here since they opened at former location. Gave my family great joy with their personalized service, gifts and careful free gift packaging! Love you guys!! (Also bought a living room set from one of you at your garage sale and was so welcome:).) This year got a personalized ornament with my grand baby and son in law and daughter's names. Theses ladies are the BEST! Every time I run in there to buy a gift, they go out of their way to help me. Put an idea in their heads and boom, you not only have the coolest gift, EVER, but it is magnificently gift wrapped. I will be doing tons of Christmas shopping there this year. Horrible Customer Service. All I wanted was a lottery ticket because the jackpot was high and I asked about how much they cost and they read me the riot act and literally insulted me as if I was a child. The scary part is the middle aged woman and elderly man that were supposedly helping me out appeared to be the owners. They were bullies. Notice I rarely review anything but I couldn't let this go. This place may have a selection of gifts but if you're looking to be treated well this is not for the faint of heart. This place is awful.

It's a great place to find a different gift for so many occasions however the experience shopping here is not so much fun. First of all you are never greeted with a friendly smile and a hello and when you ask about something it's as though you are bothering the young lady she said its the same as the item above the frame etc. well who knew. I lost my desire to shop so I proceeded to buy lottery tickets I asked when the lotto would be drawn the answer was it's right in front of you on the counter in a disgusted manner. That's the 3rd time I was in there and it will be the last. It's not worth it

Not sure why people are complaining about customer service. This is "technically" a gas station and the gift shop is just an added bonus. I have never had any issues with customer service. I go in to see the amazing gifts that they have. It's a one stop shop, so you cannot go wrong! I love that I can find everything and anything here for a gift. I can always count on this shop to find something! Koula, the owner, is helpful, fun and such a wonderful woman! Love, love, love express gifts!
