The staff was pleasant, but that means nothing if the knowledge and skill is inadequate. I had Agnes RF on my LOWER left jowl, meaning a small area of the very lower jowl was marked off. The area was marked off to prevent needed fat in the mid face from being removed. Well, unfortunately, I think they treated outside the area, and my entire cheek collapsed, and looked melted. ( I am in my 30s and going for a lower face lift now, which was not something I needed prior)

GIRL DO IT, ASK FOR CHARLES! Hes the best guy in whole wide world he is so sweet takes his work seriously couldn't ask for a better person and service. I had a bad filler experience at a different spa so after months of dragging my feet to find another medspa, i finally started googling around. I called a few places and glo med spa was the most friendly on the phone and they always answered all my questions without rushing me off the phone. My appointment was booked for 2 weeks later, and the first time i walked in, i noticed how gorgeous the waiting room was. Very clean, and elegant!

I want to first say that the staff and Charles are so friendly and wonderful. But after 4 dysport & botox injections (1st appointment & 3 touch ups) within 4 months, and spending over $700, my results are much more minimal than promised. I had to get a second opinion, as I this was my first experience with dysport & botox, and am now going somewhere else. I wanted to love it because the staff is fabulous, they make you feel so welcome, and the location is beautiful. But I can't spend that kind of money on injections that don't even last a few weeks.

Like the best friend you always wish you had; he is unreal and amazing at what he does. I came in there really concerned about my looks. He was super fun and sweet. He knew exactly how to help out. I had my forehead done before going to see him and I got to looking a certain Star Wars character so he fixed that.
The second visit. Was just as great. I hated how uneven my lip was when I smiled. I never wanted to look at smile. Always made me self conscious. It wasn’t even that painful like most people say I was surprised. But now wow They look great. Obviously some touch ups might be

I was so excited to have services performed. The service I had was pricey, painful and I did not notice anything. For my final follow up, I was posed in a chair with lighting and not to mention filters on the phone when presenting me the before and current photos. I was told I could get a refund since I was so unhappy but she would have to pass it to Charles. When I called to speak with Charles I was told he was too busy to speak with me, and the receptionist relayed the message of no refund. I couldn't even speak with him after leaving messages and sending emails. I wanted to ask additional questions

I am obsessed with Charles' talent, bedside manner, personality and all around experience in making you feel comfortable and that you are in the very best of hands. I went in for a lip enhancement and was paranoid about looking natural and not "done".
Charles is a total pro at understanding your concerns, listening intently and giving you a gorgeous but natural outcome. I absolutely love Charles and the staff. Truly good people! I appreciate the fact that they truly care about everyone that walks through the door. I've attached pictures of my hands that Charles did one treatment on, which blew my mind of the difference. I hate my hands is why the pictures are not my full hands.

I come all the way from the California Bay Area to see Charles. I have tried going to the top recommended medi-spas in the Bay Area but but I have not been able to get the results I’m always looking for. Like most women I’m very picky about my looks and if I’m going to spend money and take the time I want the the best. Charles has an incredible talent to assess what needs to be done. He is an artist in youth and beauty. I wish I could move him closer to me. But he’s so good it’s worth the flight to come out and get a treatment. He does the work of a skilled plastic sergeant with no surgery

I've been going to Charles for 5+ years for lip enhancement and I really like the shape and size of them after each session. I've been hesitated to try other places because of the dreaded "duck lip" but everyone always compliments me on my lips and thinks they're real. They typically last a year or less depending on how your quickly your body processes the injectable.

Since I moved down to AZ in 2018 I’ve followed Charles on instagram, my friends have tried to steer me into seeing their injectors for my lips but for some reason I was set on seeing him one day. I finally took the leap and saw Charles today and honestly I wish I could hangout with him all day lol. He’s so cool and welcoming and easily THE most down to earth provider I have ever met. Charles is the absolute best. I have lived in Scottsdale for several years and have had moments where I couldn't get into Charles and went elsewhere (he's busy- so book in advance!). It was a huge mistake going elsewhere, and now I am paying the price and Charles is thankfully fixing the bad work I got from somebody else.
