I was getting nervous because I needed a small bus/van, and they were very helpful on the phone, they made me feel at ease, I was scared because I needed it within hours, since my other company blew me of, and the Bus pulled up on time even a little early. As a Nurse Practitioner I don't get to travel much due to work. it's nice to be able to schedule everything and have no worries when I'm traveling with my family. My Friends & I rented a van to take us to a concert in Tinley Park. AME Chicago had a van available. I called 8 other companies and AME Chicago was the winner. We had no problems, Frank our driver was VERY accommodating, pleasant, and so very patient with our group.

Seen that the last rating of this company was on 2017 (4 years ago) I thought on giving a fair review. I hired them about a week ago (Feb 2021) for a business trip to Chicago, I arrived at O'Hare and they were there on-time waiting for me. The car was very clean and the driver very professional. Took me to my hotel W and I arrived earlier than expected. I also hired them on my way back, after few days and again they were waiting for me at the door of the hotel and the ride was great again. This was the weirdest limo service I've ever used. I was told to look for car 72 at the pick up area. There was no car with that number. We waited for at least 15 minutes. Finally I called again and was told that the driver was sitting there - but now I was supposed to look for a specific license plate number. OK. Driving to our hotel room the driver was talking on his cell phone the entire trip - with the other hand on the wheel. No blue tooth. We had to listen to his conversation. He was speaking a language I did not understand. Very unprofessional and actually illegal to talk on a cell

Their gimmick is the forty-five dollar airport limousine ride. I say take a cab instead. Ace actually consists of a bunch of limousine freelancers, so on any given day you could get either a discreet, acceptably clean town car or an embarrassing stretch limousine prom-mobile still replete with last night's cheap perfume.

Would have had 5 stars if the 3 out of 4 limo pick ups and drop offs weren't a Mario Andretti race, where you feel like a wet towel in a dryer. The 3rd limo driver announced he had a wedding to get to and was wipin' us all over the highway...we all belted up. However, the other 3 pick ups were professional, comfortable, and very nice.

Clean new cars and prompt pickup. I appreciated the driver's ability to get a stretch limo through rush hour traffic on a Friday night, but it unnerved three of our six passengers. A booking error for one of our four excursions was immediately corrected and emailed in advance along with an apology. The final SUV contract ride from the Loop to the airport included some confusion about payment at the drop off, with the driver not knowing it was a pre-paid ride. Instead of re-writing a review, I will just post the email I sent to Ace Limo. I would not have posted this review, but considering I haven't received a reply, I figured I would let the public know.
I would just like to send an email expressing my disappointment in my service on Thursday night. Due to President Obama coming in town, my car service was 45 minutes late. I understand that these circumstances couldn't be avoided, but I only got a call 30 minutes before pick up time to be warned. Do NOT book a ride with Ace Limo! On a return flight from Mexico, I had to call their dispatch twice to find the limo driver. 30 minutes after arrival, they finally tracked down the driver & had him meet us at the spot we were told to be 20 minutes earlier. My reservation was for 4 people & I requested a Ford Expedition, knowing that there would be 4 full size pieces of luggage & carryons. I booked Ace for a ride to the airport - the booking process was painless, didn't even have to give a credit card number, and they were responsive to questions via email, which is always a plus for me. The car arrived at least 10 minutes early (didn't charge extra time - I just happened to look out the window & see he was there), the driver was very courteous and quiet - always a plus since I'm not a morning person. I hired Ace Limousine to pick up a client of mine and drive him and his guest to a holiday dinner party and then to one destination within a one mile radius. From the beginning, Ace did not follow the written instructions submitted two days prior to the event, including calling the CLIENT to ask for final payment once a deposit was made. Beautiful car, clean, driver was ok (he didn't really say a word but that's fine with me), and he got us to the airport on time. Is it worth $45 instead of paying for a weeks of parking, paying more for a cab or taking the El, a bus, and then another El... I'd say so.

I was pleased with the Ace Limo Services. The driver was on time and was accommodating to the time change I had upon my return home. Where was my bad experience? The company charged me twice and then refused to return my money after I left three messages and an email. Someone finally emailed me back to let me know I would get my credit back but then I received a phone call from my driver. He began to scream at me and tell me I was not charged twice. I was then forced to fax my bank statement showing that I was charged twice although when I sent my first email I sent all the proper information.
