I called this company to book them for an event for my daughter and her friends. When I began asking questions, the person I spoke with became evasive and rude. They attempted to charge me 100% of the cost… upfront...non refundable. This was about $1,700.00. When I comolained, they agreed to a 35% deposit, but still refused to answer some of my questions directly, including the amount of the deposit being charged to my card. When I directky questioned their inability to be upfront, I was told they wouldn't rent to me, and then thry hung up on me. I called back to resolve the issue...and
