Yuri was absolutely fabulous to work with. We refinanced with another broker a few years ago and it was a nightmare. I was very skeptical of doing it again even though Yuri came highly recommended. The low rates seemed to good to be true, but we contacted Yuri to get the ball rolling. Made my cashout refi very smooth and easy. All I had to do was just provide the documents that was requested while they handle all of the work. After I left closing and received my check I felt numb. Because I was thinking how the heck did I get this big check without doing any work to get it. This is unreal! Is this real? That's how good and easy my process was working with Innovative Mortgage Brokers.

Yuri provided excellent service throughout the process. While there were some delays with underwriting that were beyond Yuri's control, he takes the time to explain details, address questions, and was extremely responsive with emails/texts. I would highly recommend him for anyone considering mortgage or refinancing opportunities. In addition, rates were very competitive.
