James was so great the night he came to rekey my locks. My purse had been stolen earlier that day and I was traumatized. My house key was in my purse so I needed to get my locks changed to feel safe. James came right over within 20 minutes of me calling. He was great with my dogs and finished the job quickly. 10 minutes after he left I had a knock on the door. It was James. I had given him too much money and he came back to give me the extra. It meant a lot after my day, to have someone so honest. Thanks James!

I have used Jim several times, he is professional and reasonably priced. First, he rekeyed our entire house for a reasonable price. The second time, he fixed our safe. The third time, he took on a major project to install our massive, 300 pound custom built pivot door. It was a project with no margin for error. Jim and his crew were meticulous and precise. The installation was perfect and has stood the test of time. Every time some new comes to the front door, we always receive positive comments. I would highly recommend Jim for mundane and complex projects.

He saved my day/life. My alternator was incredibly bad and I couldn't drive my car home and my home was an hour away, and It wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. So after the Metro, the taxi, and my husband wasn't home. And wouldn't be home for a couple of days I found him. Which I am glad because either other lock smiths were closed and/or were about an hour or so away. He came in a fast timely manner, opened my door and I was so happy to be home. He even double checked to make sure my spare keys worked and if I needed one he would make one. Such an excellent service on such a bad day! Thank you
