Excellent, honest people. I had the privilege to speak with the manager, Pete. I came in with a issue that he fixed for me in 2 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. He very well could have made up an issue, taken the car in for an appointment and charged me who knows how much for "work" but he didn't do that. No one HOPES to need body work done to their car but if i do rest assured I'm coming back.

About a month ago I got into my first car accident. I had no idea how the processed worked and as with someone with high anxiety, I was extremely overwhelmed. I am BEYOND THANKFUL to have been referred to V&J by the towing company that day. My Tesla had a minor accident requiring body work. I went to V&J for repairs. Donna took care of the insurance issues, set me up in a rental and basically took care of everything else.
Donna and Jackie kept me apprised of what was happening while it was being repaired.
I picked up my car today and it looks great inside and out.

I cannot praise the team of V&J enough for the stellar job they did on my Marine’s 2016 Jeep. From drop off to pick up, they took care of EVERYTHING. It’s s probably been 25+ years since we’ve needed any kind of body work so we weren’t sure how things worked now. To say we were satisfied is a complete understatement! We will always be customers - hopefully not too often! If you need a body shop, THIS is the place to go!

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to give five starts V & J auto body shop! My Daughters car was hit on the side after two weeks of purchasing it and I had taken it to V & J. I want to tell you that they did an exceptional job on the car! It looks better than It did when she drove it off the lot. Honestly an amazing experience here at V&J from beginning to end…The entire staff there are always so pleasant and welcoming. I recommend my boyfriends Aunt to bring her Jeep in after it had been side swiped and when she got it back she was so satisfied with how great her Jeep looked and the amazing quality of work that had been done. Not only did they fix the damage to the side but they also got rid of any scratches on the car. She couldn’t be any more happier than she is now. And all thanks to the entire staff over at V&J Auto Body.

I went to V&J Auto Body today after a small incident in a shopping parking lot where the trim on my front passenger door was knocked off. They immediately looked at it and repaired it while I waited. It was a small job but that did not matter to them. I will definitely be returning to V&J when needed and would tell you not to hesitate to bring your business to them. I've used V&J Auto Body several times in the past and every time I am impressed by the consistent professionalism and attention to detail. The process is always seamless, the ladies in the office, Donna and Jackie, are so pleasant and willing to help in any way they can whether it's dealing on my behalf with the insurance company which can be annoying on your own, or making sure my car is washed when I pick it up. One time I forgot something important in my car that I needed for work and Jackie personally made sure I was able to pick it up the next day...she saved me that day! Everyone

I mean these guys REALLY know their stuff!!! Usually I find auto body shops to be shady and unethical but this company really proved me wrong and I couldn't be happier! My car was SUPER messed up from a car accident that I had on Long Island. I had had so many bad experiences in the past with auto body shops that would charge an arm and a leg above so they could make money off the insurance company as well as the customer. Well not these guys.
The estimate they gave me the day I dropped the car off ended up being $10 less than what my car insurance estimated after inspecting the car once

One of my employees had rear ended another vehicle and I needed to get my entire front end of the truck repaired I was referred to V & J auto body by a friend. I met with the owner John personally and also his partner James which was very knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff I dealt with was Mellisa she was very helpful with everything with the insurance company and I could only say 10 Stars.

After being sideswiped by a manic running late for work on a Monday morning, V & J managed to make what started as a stressful week, and make it stress free.
And they dealt direct with my insurance company saving me all the hassle and frustration!!
Thanks to John, Donna, Frank and the crew for a great experience, during a process that is most often dreaded!!!

Wow. This body shop truly took care of me from start to finish. They made sure everything was going through correctly with the insurance and even had rental cars on site! They were upfront about everything which was reassuring. When I got my car back, I was truly in awe. It was like I just picked it up from the dealership. And it helps that they're all SO nice and helpful! I would highly recommend anyone here!

I needed the best Auto Body company to repair my 2017 Kia Niro. Its a leased SUV and second best wasn't going to be acceptable. I was greeted by Peter who was professional, concerned and put me at ease during an upsetting time. I'm a Lyft driver and needed my car to work.
Peter worked with the Insurance Company to get the necessary $$$ to repair my SUV properly. He put me in a rental within 45 minutes and even changed the rental when I found it didnt fit my needs.
The finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend V& J to anyone in the LI area!!!

This shop is utterly amazing !! I have never felt so at ease, all the woman who work at the desk are the best ! They are so helpful I can't even explain how great they are!
