I had an extremely satisfying experience with Village Line Auto with the repairs of my truck after my accident. They gave me advice with to how to handle my rental vehicle and save myself some money and they always stayed on top of my auto insurance company with my claim and progress of my repairs and payment. I needed some body work done on my Mazda. I was reluctant in using a local shop because I had bad experiences in my area. I was told by a family member about Village Line Autobody in Amityville. So I contacted them. Spoke with Andrew and his staff. I can't tell you how impressed I was with there honesty, professionalism and dedication to me and my car. They helped me with getting a rental, worked with my insurance company and made my car look like new. My car is an 2017 Mazda.

Words cannot even describe how grateful I am to have an auto body shop like this. I was in such a stressful time with the accident itself, the rental, coverages the list can go on. Village Line is my go to for any repairs. I recently got rear ended and needed some extensive work done on my brand new car - insurance was a nightmare and Andrew was beyond helpful in guiding me through it all and helping me navigate it all. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and of course the quality of their work. My car is back to brand new and they worked really hard to get it back to me as fast as possible! Village Line Auto Body is an excellent company. I always bring my cars to them. They have done work on my Kia stinger as well as my Optima. They are quick and efficient. They ensure that my vehicle is completed and like new once they return it to me. They keep you informed all throughout the process which makes things so much easier and less stressful. At this point I just hand them the keys and wait for for them to tell me when my vehicle is done. I trust their work that much and I’m just comfortable with their quality of work. . Very good service. Guys are very professional. My Grand Cherokee was brought over after I was in an accident for repairs. Andrew reached out to me the day after and we met to discuss what will take place. From the moment I met him he is very professional and knowledgeable. They handled everything. When I got my truck back it was like brand new and still drives the same. I would recommend this place and definitely will go back for detailing service (hopefully no more accidents). Village Line Auto Body is the best body shop in New York. I have dealt with this business for years and they have have always been beyond supportive and the work they do is far superior to any other body shop. I was thrilled, driving around and everything was finally resolved.....well that's what I thought???
Sometime passed and one day my car couldn't get passed 20MPH BUT the RPMs were sky high! Than at an intersection the car died. I called Village Auto Body and he sent out the tow for me within minutes! COPS were nice enough to wait with me and we were chatting -When the cops heard who was picking me up, their exact words were:

My review used to start with...They do good work, I'll give them that. But a few months after the fact, the car they serviced died on my wife. Why? The battery wasn't properly grounded so it slowly lost its ability to hold a charge.
Also-Andrew does not seem to understand how long jobs really take. Either that or he needs to brush up on his ability to tell time.
We had one small repair, pending the shipment of a part, needed to complete the body work on our car.
"15 minutes or so..." was his time estimate.

Andrew doesn't not communicate well he gives horrible customer service. When you call he doesn't pick up. Than he stated that if I didn't authorize him to give do the repair/ job he wasn't going to take his time with the adjust just straight rude just to get money I wouldn't recommend him to anyone horrible horrible he gave me more stress than needed. He called me everyday to see when the adjuster will come never did he state the car was moved from the towing lot.

After getting into an accident, I was called by this Auto Body many times to let them fix it, that they'll provide excellent service. At the time being I decided to let them repair vehicle.. They agreed upon having it fixed around 2 weeks or so but ended up extending the deadline around 4 times. It's been around a month now and they have yet to even start fixing the vehicle. The owner refused to show us the vehicle and started scolding and using slurs. As someone who's interested in having a business some day, I believe the customers are the one who represents the company. Seeing

I recently brought my car in after a accident. First off, I've never felt more comfortable leaving my car any where before.
Andrew, the owner.. Is extremely trusting and honest. He explained EVERYTHING clearly, I don't have much knowledge on cars but he made it easy to understand.
After getting my car back it looks better than ever. I'm very happy with my overall experience. Don't bother looking anywhere else.
