So I drove to this location to inquire about eyewear for my husband, but the business was closed when we arrived, even though it was after 10. Since her doors were closed, with a closed sign, we kept our parking spot and visited the nursery across the street for 5 minutes. When we returned to our car, one of the owners was bringing boxes inside and she yelled at us: "you can't park there!" So, because I'm in my late 20s means I'm too young to be a customer? I just don't understand why she would yell at someone to go away before finding out if they're a customer or not. I yelled back: "that's fine

I will never go anywhere else to purchase my glasses! The owner took time to find just the right size glasses to fit my face and the sophisticated style I was looking for. She took the time to explain how lenses have changed and worked with me to find the right lens prescription combination. Best of all we have so much fun working together.

What a wonderful experience! Davette knows her craft, I was able to leave Eye Chicks knowing that my eyes and fit had the best possible care. I didn’t have to worry about “did the clerk know what she was doing”. Davette is kind, thoughtful and very creative. I just love her!!! thank you Eye Chicks I’ll never go anywhere else!!!!

My 16 year old daughter broke her glasses . We super glued them twice. March 2020 called her eye doctor and they were closed because of covid-19. They sent me her last prescription in snail mail . I called around and could not find anybody including Costco open . I live in loomis, I drove past eye chicks. I went in and she said Yes, we are open with safety precautions. I drive home and picked up my daughter and got back to eye chicks at 5:15 pm. She stayed open / stayed late to help us. She made several recommendations on frames that would help my daughter see better . She has a strong prescription

A bright and creatively laid out shop with a wide array of stylish and some unusual frames. I felt like a kid in a candy shop. For about two minutes. The sales lady was uber extroverted and was in my face the entire rest of the time I was in the store.
I'm a quiet and private person and prefer to shop without assistance unless I need it. None of the frames had price tags on them so if I tried on a pair I had to ask how much they cost. When doing so I wouldn't just get, "that pair is $550," but "that pair is $550 and it was made by [name of some famous designer] in Austria

Let them know my budget right up front, she worked to meet my goal. Told her I am on a time limit, NO PROBLEM! Got me out the door fast, I paid for frames I chose. Faxed over my Rx the next day. Picked up glasses one week later. Love them. Very cute shoppe. Specialize in just glass frames.

This place is fabulous! Sandy helped me choose glasses that are "just right" for my face and personality. She spent as much time as I needed to make a decision -- even staying after hours to accommodate my schedule. I recommend making an appointment to be sure they can provide you with the one-on-one service that is so helpful. If you want a big selection of truly interesting and unique frames, this is definitely the place. I love wearing my new glasses -- it feels like I am putting on a favorite piece of jewelry!! I just bought a pair of glasses from EyeChicks :-). I thought the customer service was excellent and very attentive to my needs. I appreciated that she offered insights on what worked and what didn't, rather than merely handing me frames to try. This is the level of customer service you get when being helped by the owner!
