919 Embroidery

I needed some shirts embroidered and it needed to be done locally in Raleigh. I didn’t have anyone locally who I knew. I went to Google and they came up so I trusted that they wold do a good job.
Not only did they do a GREAT job, they made sure I had them on a tight timeline so I could get them where they needed to be, on time.
The owner is genuinely a very nice guy and took care to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back. A++++++++

I called in a couple days ago to inquire about some last minute embroidery work for the holidays. I asked the employee on the phone if they did any same-day embroidery. The employee said that they did not. As a hypothetical, I asked if I was to bring in something on the 23rd, what the turnaround time would be. The employee laughed at me hysterically before asking another employee what day they were up to. He finally said the 29th. After I concluded the conversation, I could hear him begin to laugh again before the call ended.i felt that this was very unprofessional. I will not be providing them

I emailed the store to inquire about an embroidery for my son's backpack, and they were prompt with their response. I brought it in on Friday, and it was ready for pickup on Monday. Excellent customer service!!

I purchased 22 hats from 919 embroidery and I’m very pleased with the quality and appearance. Manuel made a sample hat for me and I really liked the quality. From there I decided to buy 22 hats of various colors with a patch logo on the front panel. My sales team loves the hats and the responses they are getting from their customers on their professional appearance while representing my company. Let me start by saying that I am rating 2 starts solely on the lack of professionalism and organization I experience from this business. I had 2 items embroidered and I was very happy with the results and how fast it was finished. The price was very reasonable compared to the other business I've been to and when I went to drop off my items I was welcomed by a very friendly staff . However my issues started after I picked up and paid for my items . I was never given an invoice showing the detailed pricing for my items , this normally would have not been an issue but the items were for my job

Good quality work BUT the pick up date is never the actual date. I think reaching out to the customer notifying them the order will be late would be great. I feel as though I have to reach out every time to check the status of the order.

Manuel and Michelle were great. This was my first business experience with 911 and they were great to work with, professional and high quality. Would recommend to others. I will use them again.

I had 2 issues- one was the incorrect logo was placed on 30 products that ended up costing me $1400 - the second was they left ring stains on my polo shirts and did not fix the problem - their solution when I pointed it out the problems was not apologizing or fixing it... they just stopped doing business with me mid orders and thought I was talking down to them by pointing out costly mistakes. They did not take ownership of their errors.- Would not recommend doing business with 919 unless you like paying for other peoples "mess ups"

This being the holiday season I thought the likely hood of me getting my new Christmas Stockings embroidered with our names was not good, but 919 Embroidery had them done in less than a week. They were actually completed two days before the scheduled date and the prices are very reasonable. They did a fantastic job! The owners are very friendly and helpful! I will use them again!
