I have nothing but great experiences with all TFCU, wish they had Deposit checks through ATMs, but I’m sure they are working on it! Thank you all for your hard work, and keep it up!

Terrible experience with this company. 70+ consecutive on time payments, one late (hello delinquency! bye bye credit!)
This is because their hours of service is not conducive to people working 9 - 5s(literally). The branches closes at 5pm and by 6pm you can't reach them by phone. You try to make a last minute payment online it won't process until the following business day SMH. To top it off they're closed Saturday and Sunday. They need to understand that people are busy and need to be able to have access especially to pay bills. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to set up automatic payments

Went to the atm on Sunday. No atm could accept deposits. Normally at one branch there is one atm down not both 😡 😤 so this means on Saturday know one empty the atm before leaving the nranl. 9:40 am. There should be at least one atm up - running

Just want to say that I’ve been with Melrose Credit Union now teachers credit union and the staff are great there. Especially ms. Jane Parker, she get things done for her customers and washes away the red tape some customers have to deal with.

My mother had an account with Melrose CU for years. Once she started losing her memory, I became her POA and had to intervene with her financial affairs. She had 6 CDs at Melrose, each coming due at different times. Without permission from my mother, Melrose took it upon themselves to renew the CDs for another term. When confronted, they claimed that they sent a letter to my mother informing her that she needed to contact them regarding the CDs. My mother had early onset Dementia and whether she truly got the letter or not, she didn't respond. When I intervened, Melrose told me they would have

They do not accept ATM Deposits and have disabled that function. I wasted my time trying to go to use their ATM to deposit for my Credit Union and found a sign on their door that their ATM no longer accepts deposits.

Melrose Credit Union is Dead
This Credit Union has slipped so far it's nothing of its former self. Their new policy of relentlessly hounding members that don't get the mortgage payment on the 15th of the month is unheard of in any other banking institution. If they hold your mortgage then make sure you pay before the 15th or the collection calls will start. Funny thing is even they will admit that the loan isn't even late when they call but they still will demand payment.

I have never encountered a bank / credit union like this before. It has been two weeks since I submitted an application for membership so I can open share certificate accounts. There are no response even after emails and SMS . I wouldn't open an account with them if this is an indication how my account will be serviced.
