As a family-owned vineyard and winery, we would love to share our story with you. We purchased our estate in 2009 and soon after joined together in marriage in our backyard in 2010; the vineyard making a lovely setting for our wedding. If you come visit our winery, you will likely see our spirited boys running around enjoying the vineyard.
Though we both have jobs outside of vineyard management and wine making, we pour our heart and soul into this business and are very passionate about it. We began managing and farming our vineyard in 2012. Our grapes are grown organically and in a sustainable manner, and we only apply certified organic products when needed.

Services
We farm 3.5 acres of organic grapes. We are planted in the fertile soils of the Northern Sacramento Valley with the Italian varietals Barbera, Sangiovese & Pinot Grigio. Our terrain is well suited for these varietals because of the hot summer days and cool nights we experience being nestled between the vast walnut orchards which give us great temperature swings at night during the growing seasons.
Love our wine? Join our club! All you have to do is purchase 6 bottles of wine within a 6 month period of time and you will receive 20% off wine for the remainder of that timeframe. If you purchase 6 bottles all at once, we will apply 20% off to that first purchase! You will also be invited to a complimentary member event during the Summer months and receive a complementary glass of wine at the end of each 6 month period of time.
Seating begins at 6 pm and dinner will commence at 6:30 pm. Please call the Red Tavern at (530) 894-3463 for reservations. Seating is limited so call soon to reserve your spot! Join us for an evening in the winery with A Girl & Her Farm making adorable Spring signs! Tickets are $35 and include a "Happy Spring" sign plus choose two of your favorite animals to go along with it (a total of three signs)!
