Placed an order with this company back in October. The shirt I received was two times too large, so sent it back for a replacement. After a month and multiple inquires, they finally acknowledged they had received the return. Have sent repeated emails and left voicemails to see when the replacement would be sent with NO RESPONSE. Customer Service is non-existent. So much for pre-planning for someone's Christmas present.

I looked at the shirts online, then I called with a few questions about fit, shrinkage, etc. I had already selected my shirt, so I placed my order by phone .The shirt arrived two days later and it is a very nice shirt . I am very happy with the merchandise, which was "Parrots in Paradise". I will buy again. Service was very good over the phone.

We wear these shirts daily in our store and have done for 15 years. They still look great after all that washing n wearing too. The buttons are all original and there's no sign they want to jump ship anytime soon.

I bought a shirt for my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas and it came to my house in a timely manner but it was huge. I emailed the company and was fortunate to get a prompt reply from Terrill Agnew. As it was so close to Christmas day, Terrill actually volunteered, without me asking, to send the new size shirt BEFORE he received the return of the too large shirt from me. He said he wanted us to get the shirt in time for Christmas. Not only that, but he agreed to send it to the state where my daughter lives rather than sending it to me. The shirt arrived in time for Christmas, it was perfect

This the the 3rd time I've ordered masks from High Seas Trading Company and I am, once again, not disappointed. The masks are cute and comfortable and well worth the money. I paid for regular shipping and they came 2 days later. Their customer service can't be beat. I can't say enough good things about High Seas Trading Co. and their fantastic aloha shirts (and now masks). I ordered masks for all of my family. Unfortunately I put down the wrong address for my daughter. A lovely female employee called me to say it had been returned to them as undelivered. I gave her the corrected address and they were on their way. She got them and they were great. Wonderful quality and so So Cal! We love them and wear them all the time. If I choose to wear a mask, and I do out of respect for others, at least they are fun.

I ordered some masks online from high seas, I gave him a call to double check on the order and they filled the order right there and then while on the phone with me, they were kind and understanding about my health condition and made sure that order was put into the mail that day!! High Seas Trading Co now also makes cloth masks. I recently ordered some. They're well made, come in bright cheerful patterns, and are machine washable. Customer service was EXCELLENT!! They really take care of you. Also love that they are made right here in California. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.
