Missing 3 different items from my order. Sent 6 requests from emails to directly on their site no response. Now I will have to go through the hassle with the credit card company to get my money back. Simple communication would have been great but nothing! I rated it a 2 because I do like the clothes but I can no longer buy from them with missing items and no communication

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! I have not heard back from anyone in WEEKS!!!!! I only got 1 of my items, I don’t know what’s going on with the rest of my shipment. When I ordered everything nothing was back ordered but now one item says it’s back ordered. Why couldn’t I have gotten the rest of the items that were in stock??? I am trying to cancel my order with them but nobody will respond. I will be taking this to the next level if I must! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! BUSINESSES LIKE THESE WILL NEVER MAKE IT WITH THIS KIND OF POOR CUSTOMER
