First Choice towing is awesome ! I have an older car that they have had to tow twice. Both times the drivers have been very kind. The first time I was broken down along the freeway, the driver told me to get in my car so I was safe. The second time they picked up my vehicle and towed it to my Brothers house. They went up to the door and let him know the vehicle was there and handed him the keys. I feel they go above and beyond to provide great customer service. I am sure they are not paid their normal full rate as I have towing on my insurance. But that does not interfere with the great customer
