For nearly three decades, A&W Iron & Metal, Inc. has served Washington County and many other Southeastern Wisconsin communities. Our full service recycling center handles it all whether you're a plumber, an electrician or an average joe homeowner.
The Ferrous yard inspector is responsible for inspecting inbound loads of scrap. In this process the inspector will grade the load under a commodity code, check for nonconforming materials, make deductions for non metals etc. The inspector works in conjunction with the yard to efficiently direct inbound trucks to the appropriate stockpiles.
At A&W, our full service scrap yard takes customer service to the next level, from collection to drop off. We offer competitive pricing and strive to get our customers the most value for their material. We supply various size of scrap hauling equipment luggers, roll offs, flatbeds and step decks. In-plant equipment can be provided as needed.

A&W Iron and Metal is the best in the business. Their quality is top notch and delivery is bar none. We have phoned on a Saturday afternoon and have had delivery of material by Monday morning. Similarly, we have had material delivered same day. Never a sales pitch - their performance and quality speaks for itself. Highly recommend! They have also purchased scrap from our operations at top dollar.
