What a great PT team! They’ve nursed me back to health on several occasions. I’ve had all-star care across the board from the front desk to the physical therapists. They listen to you and provide techniques for moving forward that are manageable. The atmosphere in the clinic is warm and friendly.

Had to take my husband to the ER for what turned out to be an emergency gallbladder surgery. The staff were really helpful and kind, he says. I called to check on his status a few times, and even though they're slammed and understaffed, they always took the time to check on him. They never seemed impatient, harried, or annoyed. He is recovering well from the surgery so it looks like that went well, too!

Terrible staff and experience. I will never go here again and urge you not to go here or bring your loved ones here if you care about their health and wellbeing. This was my 2nd visit in 5 weeks due to excessive bleeding. Both visits were equally awful regarding patient care. Before going into the ER I consulted ask-a-nurse, urgent care, and my own PCP. All told me to go to the ER for emergency care. I am generally very healthy with minimal doctor visits but experienced in healthcare as a professional. Each visit the staff were contemptuous and ignorant. They asked few questions, took no notes

This hospital has the worst er I have ever had the displeasure of wasting time at. My girlfriend spent over 8 hours here to get a cat scan and a ultra sound. Worst possible professionalism by a nursing staff. Treating patients with no respect or kindness, and giving no reassurance or answers to any questions. Absolutely worst experience I've had to endure in a long time. Although St. Peter's in Olympia has similarly bad reviews, I don't see it getting much worse than this, and though I've never been there, would recommend them over Capital 100%. Never coming here again. The

I had a pulmonary function test scheduled...and then learned that I will be receiving my covid vaccination on that date. I immediately called and left a detailed message canceling the appointment, and asking to receive a call back to reschedule. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I called again...and again it went to voice mail. I left yet another message...and 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not received a return call. Today, out of frustration, I called to speak with the hospital administrator...and guess what? It went to voice mail. If there so lax about returning

So, I was told by a coach (I am a student athlete) about going to here in order to get a free physical, she told me I can just walk in, because that is what a teammate did. In order to double check, I call the place, some lady answers, and I simply ask "Hi, I was wondering if you guys are doing physicals.." before I finish my question, the lady cuts me off "This is a hospital... we don't do physicals" very rudely.... and that honestly killed my mood because no one is in the mood for some condescending replies. I hope y'all read this and talk to whoever it is that answers

My husband and I had our baby here back in September of 2019. I've debated writing this Review but I just want to share my thoughts. I was seen previously by doctor Richards at SSWC (my entire experience there was not a good one). My husband and I felt like we waited until it was REALLY time to go to the hospital before we headed there. We got there around 12:00AM and I was having contractions 5 minutes apart. I was also a week late. Apparently I wasn't dilated enough so they gave me some medication that made me extremely drowsy and sent us home around 4:00AM. Dr. Richards was the doctor

Ended up having to get a brain MRI. I have high anxiety and am very claustrophobic. The techs were amazing! The guy really calmed me down and had one of the other techs come hold my hand the entire time I was in the machine. Not to mention the doctor and nurse were amazing and so prompt and attentive.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. I would choose Capital over St. Pete's any day.

My husband and I just had our first baby here and the staff was absolutely amazing & continue to be amazing even afterwards! In l&d our day nurse was Nikki and she was very understanding and was more than happy to answer the billion questions we had about taking care of our first baby. Sheila, the lactation consultant, has helped us after our daughter was born on our breastfeeding journey and I'm pretty sure shes the only reason I havent quit and switched to formula yet. Shes more than happy to take our calls and offer advice or referrals. Melinda harris has also been very helpful

This has been an incredibly long process with Capital Medical Center and all of their connected groups. Here's the short version - it doesn't matter if you have insurance and this hospital is "in-network" for you. It doesn't matter if you have met your deductible. If you go here, expect to pay at least NINE TIMES the amount your insurance company negotiates. Expect to be surprised with bills in the mail from places you've never heard of with NO warning from the hospital. Expect to be treated poorly every time you talk to someone on the phone to figure out what on earth

This was the worst hospital I've ever been to. Staff was rude at every level, there was little to no communication between nurses, cnas and doctors. One night nurse even came in after being buzzed with a blanket wrapped around her and then could only help the back surgery patient with one hand so she didn't have to drop her blanket. This place is TERRIBLE. I actually ended up keeping a journal of all of the failures of the staff and the hospital because I couldn't actually believe it was happening. DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND ANY LOVEDONES HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. TERRIBLE. They

I was kicked out of the Capital hospital ER Room and not seen after a 5 hr wait. I have a spinal cord injury and cant sit that long without tremendous pain that is so bad as i get to the point i will throw up, it gets sooo bad. I ask the nurse if I could have a blanket to so I could lay down on the floor to ease my back pain and this big guy with a beard showed up claiming he was the charge nurse and though me out. He told me no body lays on his floors. I explained to him I have a spinal cord injury and must lie down to ease the pain. He told me to leave his hospital ER. As he had no rooms for

The ER and inpatient staff has been great - it's the actual facility that I'm giving two stars. It needs some serious updating. We are here for my husband's cancer, and there's no where for me to sleep (I'm taking a nap on blankets on the floor) and there's black mold on the ceiling tiles in the shower.
He was admitting to St Pete's across town months ago, and the rooms have not only a comfy chair but also a pull out couch/bed. Also, at CMC (yes I know they're a smaller facility) there is is separate floor for the cancer patients, while at St Pete&apos

I've been spending a bit of time here recently due to treatments for prostate cancer. (I'm in remission). Very good facility and staff over all.
My only negative is billing/accounting. They can be a little mafia-like in my opinion. My insurance/me spent almost $250,000 there and they were going to hold up a procedure because "they never heard of me" and that I owed money (didn't). Get your records straight (or maybe it is $#@! ObamaCare??)
