Dr. Hanjani is the UPMC medical director. She is a board-certified internal medicine specialist and has over 20 years of experience in practicing medicine. Dr. Hanjani completed her residency at the University of North Carolina and fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston and has published numerous papers in the field of internal medicine, molecular biology as well as cardiology.
Here at University Place Medical Clinic we are always accepting new patients. Regardless of whether you are sick or are simply due for a regular check-up, we are happy to welcome you to our office. Remember to bring a list of any medications you may currently be taking as well as any previous medical records you may want to provide.
Both my Wife and I were sick with the same cold like symptoms and they fit us in with two different providers at the same time. I was seen by Malisa first but when she saw that my Wife still had about a 5-10 minute wait Malisa saw her as well. I was very impressed and now on our way to wellness. She was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my body and will get back to me about the test results.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why advertise covid testing if you do not respond to appointment requests on your website. I requested an appointment on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of last week. Not one call or email. Really professional. BTW, your phone system does not work. It disconnects on the caller.
I find it amazing that you had time to respond to a review about your organization but couldn't respond to several emails since Wednesday and phone calls. Yes, I did get an appointment the same day.

My whole family has had our COVID vaccine from UP Medical Clinic. They have it organized so well. You just go online fill out some information and within a day or two they call and get you scheduled within the week. You walk out in and are in a room quite quickly getting the shot, which my family all said they didn’t even feel the needle go in. They give you your COVID vaccine card, which you need to keep as proof. You do have to wait I think 15 mins to ensure you don’t have a reaction. Timer goes off, and your done. They contact you after the 30 or however many days you have to wait between

The providers are professional. The nurses are informed and care about there patients. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist, is impolite, unprofessional, and inept. Not only have I had scheduling issues, unreturned messages and medication delays due to the front desk, but the receptionist will act as if it is the patient's fault for her mistakes. No I'm sorry, no smile, just a bad attitude and unwillingness to improve.
