The United States economy has taken a great toll on the financial stability of American citizens. Despite what the government would have us believe, many middle class people in this country are suffering due to the staggering burden of debt. Unemployment is still high, and underemployment is rampant among those who are working.
With extended unemployment benefits eliminated, many people are reaching the point where they simply cannot keep up. If you find yourself in this situation, understand that you are not alone. Do not allow yourself to be defined by your debt, and don't allow banks and credit card companies to ruin your life or affect the happiness that your family shares each day.

Ms. Dilks made an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation simple and easy without making it unbearable. She's very easy to talk with and showed no judgment for my making bad decisions in my finances. Her assistant is also very friendly and easy to talk with. She reviewed my folder and became as familiar with my case as I was.
Bankruptcies can be extremely complicated. Every individual and every business is financially unique, so no two bankruptcies are alike. When complications arise, you will need to have an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy law working to protect your interests. These are just a few of the areas where complications may arise.
In my experience, filing bankruptcy gets the same bad rap, but it shouldn't. It is an opportunity provided under the federal laws of our great nation to prevent an individual or business from drowning in bills that cannot possibly be repaid. It encourages entrepreneurship. The average human does not rise in the morning and run to the mirror and declare, "Hey, good looking, it's a great day to file bankruptcy!"
Chapter 11 Bankruptcy for Businesses: A Chance to Pull it All Together through Reorganization. A Chapter 11 bankruptcy is way for businesses that are still viable, but in need of additional time to meet their debt obligations, to reorganize debts and contracts with court supervision while they continue to operate.
Although Chapter 7 is the most common choice in the bankruptcy filing for individuals, it is seldom appropriate for businesses, which usually require a Chapter 11 or Chapter 13. Individuals in with an income above the Arkansas state median, which a means test shows to be capable of paying debts given enough time, will not be allowed to file Chapter 7 and will need to use Chapter 13 instead.

I have YET to meet the attorney. She WAS kind enough to send her paralegal's father to court with me. The ONLY good thing about that firm is Lauren. This firm has now asked and rec'd from the court several hundred extra dollars for me for "extras" that I know NOTHING about and cannot get a return call. This is the least professional firm that I have ever worked with. No communication. No explanation, but believe me, they are getting their money FIRST.

Lyndsey helped me manage a deed in lieu of foreclosure for a friend. There was absolutely nothing easy about this transaction, but she tackled it like a pro! I was blown away by her diligence! This thing dragged on and on, but she got it done! I don't know many other attorneys who would have had the patience to get this deal done! She's amazing! Highly recommend!!!

I am in the process of filing bankruptcy.
My case hasn't even started yet and I am already thrilled with the help I have had.
The lady I speak to on the phone when I call, Stephanie, is a god-send! Hoping my whole experience in this unpleasant matter continues to be as pleasant as Stephanie has made it so far!

Mr. Flemister is very knowledgeable and courteous! Does not discriminate! Reasonable pricing for bankruptcy. New location! Set up in beautiful house! Not sure if I like the new arrangement or not? On schedule for initial appointment! Paralegal (Lauren) is very friendly. Will revisit this post as services are being rendered.
