William "Goose" Changose co-founded the firm in 2015. His primary practice areas are real estate law, business law, probate of estates, aviation law, and litigation in these areas. Prior to opening Natural State Law full-time in 2018, Goose was the President of Westrock Coffee Roasting, and the Chief Operating Officer of four Little Rock companies.
Prior to opening Natural State Law full-time in 2018, Jarred served a wide array of organizations from large not-for-profit insurance companies, to small privately held companies where he worked directly with some of the largest employers and most respected health systems in the country to create innovative business solutions to complex problems.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill represented debtors at two of the largest volume consumer bankruptcy firms in Arkansas, where he became experienced in all aspects of consumer bankruptcy. Bill has also represented small business and farm debtors in liquidations and reorganizations. Bill is the current Secretary-Treasurer of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael represented the State of Arkansas as an Assistant Attorney General in the criminal appeals division, where he expanded his knowledge of what it takes to win a criminal case. He also served as parent counsel in dependency neglect cases through the Department of Human Services.

We are so thankful we found Natural State Law! Jarred helped us create our last will and testament, health and financial powers of attorney and our living wills - all for one set and extremely reasonable price! We were able to request some revisions and there was no additional charge.

I called Mr. Changose to request a consultation. He asked me to describe my situation. He listened politely and then said he was going to tell me the truth. He did. He explained that I am in a sticky situation with no real solution since the other party was slick and did not fully describe or disclose their plans, some agreements were verbal which means absolutely nothing in court. There is only one possible solution for me and that is to sell my property and start over somewhere else after 22 years. You CAN TRUST THIS MAN. His mom raised him right!

I live in Arizona. I was at a loss as to how to proceed with dealing with the death of my brother in Arkansas who passed last month intestate.
I called Natural State Law (randomly chosen...I liked the name) and explained my situation to the person that answered the phone. After a brief hold I was told someone would call me back. Imagine my surprise when less than ten minutes later someone did!
I spoke with 'Goose' Changose and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He asked good questions and then laid out my choices and explained the ramifications of each one. He was efficient

I had an urgent need to get four Power of Attorneys (POA) completed on the same day as the request. Natural State Law (Jarred) was up to the challenge. This was a new business relationship and was unsure of the service that I would receive. To my pleasure, my phone call was answered promptly and I was directed to Jarred to handle my request. The documents were ready within hours. I was overjoyed. I had concerns about getting the documents notarized as my parents are immobile, and Jarred said he could find a mobile notary for me if needed.
