Our family has been using State Farm for many years and are very satisfied. Dylan Schaefer State Farm has become like family to us. We love everyone in this office, especially Kira Sexton. I spoke to Erica Carrega with Dylan Schaefer' s office today and WOW what a wonderful surprise. Erica was so warm, welcoming and helpful. She was able to set everything up for my two types of insurances that I needed. She saved me time and money. She was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Definitely went well beyond great customer service. I would recommend Erica Carrega with State Farm to anyone that is looking for great quality services with a great company.

The State Farm office of Dylan Schaefer has been amazing with my relocating from one state to another. I didn’t realize there was so much involved. But they were there to answer my questions and direct me every step of the way. My agent even stayed late one day until the issues were resolved. Now that’s what I call Quality customer service! Sarah Beth Anderson is the absolute best! She was incredibly helpful to fill all our insurance needs even though they have changed several times in past few months. She explains all the details in a manner that is super clear which makes decision making much less stressful. She goes above and beyond with keeping organized and checking in on us. I have used Dylan Schaefer for all my insurance needs for the past several years and have been so happy with their services. Sarah Anderson is my go-to girl and has helped me tremendously every time I've moved the past few years. She is so quick to respond and is happy to answer any questions I have- no matter how silly they might be. She went above and beyond by helping me understand the different vehicle registration regulations in various states and made sure I had all the information I needed to have smooth transitions. I couldn't recommend Dylan Schaefer and Sarah any more!
