In 2021 she welcomed JennaLeigh Iseman, LMHC and Robyn Smith, LCSW, to the administrative team. We are dedicated to continue providing the community with effective evidence-based mental health services.

Services
Focuses on exploring relationships among a person's thoughts, feelings and behaviors. During CBT a therapist will actively work with a person to uncover unhealthy patterns of thought and how they may be causing self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. By addressing these patterns, the client and therapist can work together to develop constructive ways of thinking that will produce healthier behaviors and beliefs.

As a parent, it can be hard to know when your child's behavior is just a part of growing up or a sign of a bigger issue. Our therapists are warm, caring and compassionate in their treatment with young children and teens. They provide a safe and supportive atmosphere in which children can thrive.
We believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship so that children feel comfortable with being honest about how they are feeling. They can openly talk about their thoughts and behaviors so that we can come up with strategies and teach them valuable skills.
