I reached out NH iPhone Repair to get the screen replaced on my Samsung, the phone was totally unusable. They didn't have the part in stock but managed to get one in the next day and had me back up and running within 24 hours. Just a great experience end to end and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Traver and Walt expertly repaired the screen on my iPhone 11 while I waited and watched . It only took about 20 minutes, and it was amazing! After the new screen was installed, Traver transferred all the data from my old phone to the new one, and tested out all the features to make sure everything was in order.After installing the SIM card from the old phone into the new one, he installed a screen protector and I was out the door! Overall a great experience… thank you, guys … I would highly recommend!

It may seem like I'm just overly gushing, but TRUST ME - go there and see for yourself!
This time I walked in hoping that they would be able to assist me with a new battery for my Android phone. I'd been to Verizon and got absolutely nowhere .. a complete waste of time & energy. The representatives/salesperson and manager at Verizon

I had great experience with them . I forgot to ask his name but Very very helpful gentleman. He did his job very professionally, on time and even out of his way to further help my dad with setting up personal stuff on his phone (which was not a part of his service charge). He was very respectful when talking to him on phone and delegating the repair virtually .

Walter was awesome. Very friendly, professional and really just was just a nice guy who knows what he's doing.
I was telling him all about our family by the time I left. Any problems he ran into it during our repairs, he was able to deal with no problem. I'm so glad this place is in Bedford, so much less expensive than buying a new phone.

The first place I went to took one look at the cracked screen on my iPhone 6 and said "it's too badly damaged, buy a new one off us for $300". I then went to these guys and they fixed it no problem at all in 45 minutes for $60, and it looks good as new. Thanks guys! If I have problems again I'll be back.

I must say, I'm not a wicked "Review" kinda person unless the service is either, horrifying and unacceptable or phenomenal and amazing. So I did some research after getting bad news from 'APPLE' stating my Apple Care already used all my covered repairs. I was on the hunt for a decent, reliable, no BS, affordable, reliable and honest people that will fix my phone properly, & fix it like...legit. Not some side show bob neither and I found all that right at NH IPHONE REPAIR. They had my I phone XR looking brand new! Fresh out the box!! Not to mention I got a sweet deal

Super service. Had my battery replaced in minutes and my phone works great. Great service at a reasonable price.
I would give them five stars, but they had an issue with the tech not opening the store on time. Other than that I would absolutely recommend them and I will be back for service whenever it's needed.

I was very pleased with NH iPhone Repair of Salem. I arrived with my daughter's shattered and out of service IPhone X. She was considering sending it back for a refurbished phone. I recommended that we check out NH iPhone Repair. We arrived today after four. Chad the owner was there. He ran the diagnostics, found the problem, and made his recommendations with a reasonable quote. There was no pressure. He is very pleasant and personable. Much like the other reviews, this place is a 5-star business IMO.
I made an appointment online to fix a busted screen. When I arrived the tech was waiting for me. He took a look at what I thought was a really messed up screen. He told me "no problem take a seat or go next door for a cup of coffee an I will have this fixed when you get back". When I walked back through the door, my phone was waiting for me good as new.

If I found give another star I would. Completed my battery replacement in less about 5 minutes. I had not even finished the article I picked out to read in the copy of Sports illustrated. If I had asked the young gentleman behind the counter if I could take the magazine home with me. He probably would have let me. Great service and good explanations on what to expect going forward.

Very happy with this new store in Salem. They replaced my iPhone battery quickly and it was less expensive than the Apple store at the mall. Customer Service provided by Ryan was excellent. I dropped off the phone, grabbed an ice coffee at Dunk's (next door) and by the time I got back the phone was ready. I'll go back again for any repair needs in the future.
