Cellular Freedom has moved to a new location within the same plaza we have had our Manchester location open in. Instead of being near South Willow Animal Hospital, we are now underneath the DMV in the main area of the plaza! Shawn was extremely helpful with the repair of my iPhone 10. The back screen was broken and the battery wasn’t holding a charge. I left my previous pass code so they could get into the phone but apparently I was wrong. They immediately reached out to me asking if there were any others codes it could be and when I said I can’t remember he immediately reassured me it wasn’t a problem and they could totally wipe the phone. He explained what exactly that ment and completed the process. I’m thrilled knowing now that if I have any issues with ANY phone they fix it!!

I went to two other places to try and get a phone working that contained priceless pics, video & audio that wasn't backed up. I wound up at CF and they promised to do what they could.
Went to pick up the phone and they had me take a look to see if everything had transferred over to my new phone.
Went to my audio files and found one particular file titled "Mom". I hit play and as we began listening to the last time my Mom ever sang happy birthday to me on a saved audio from a voicemail, I broke down. The gentleman who helped me was, I believe, one of the owners. He had tears in his eyes too.

Had a bad day. screen died thought my phone was done for. I had photos and other important information I needed due to it never got backed up. Went to a few places and they directed me to Cellular freedom. Due to my issues. The phone needed a lot of work. As long as your patient depending on your repair you be pleased in the end. Pricing was fair and I was very happy to have my phone that worked again.

I always go to Cellular Freedom if I have a problem with my phone. Over the 10 years I've been going and sending friends, Shawn has always taken the time to see if there is an easy fix for free before committing to any plan. All repairs I've had done at CF have been super affordable. 5 stars!

I walked in and had my phone repaired the same day. The service was quick, professional, and courteous. I'll definitely be going to Cellular Freedom next time I need a phone repaired. As an added bonus they have a few small arcade machines that you can play for free if you happen to have to wait to be seen.

Shawn and his team were great. Very responsive, quick, knowledgeable, and patient. The pricing on my screen replacement was significantly cheaper than any other nearby business. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking to repair a phone.

Have gone here twice over the last few years to replace two different phone screens that had shattered and were unresponsive to touch.
Each time replacement was very fast (two hours or less) and was much more affordable than the Apple store.
Never had any technical problems with the phone after the screen replacement - which isn’t always the case with other phone repair businesses.
Will continue to go here whenever I need reliable fixes for affordable prices.
