I recently became a patient at Silverstein Medical and I cannot say enough about how great all the staff is. I was referred by Heidi who is at the front desk. Her and the other desk lady (sorry not sure of her name yet) are warm and welcoming each time. Christy, the office manager seems to run the practice amazingly and my interactions with her have always been pleasant. The nurses and the kind lady who works the lab were great as well. Today, I arrived at Silverstein Medical to have blood drawn for testing. My appointment was for 7am, and I arrived a few minutes early. After a short wait, Lauretta called me back to her office. After asking for the spelling of my name, she handed me the stickers for me to verify. The stickers were perfectly printed. Lauretta then checked my arms for the best choice for her to draw my samples from. She chose the left arm. Within a few moments Lauretta had 3 samples drawn and a bandage secured to my arm. My visit was completely painless! Great job Lauretta! Thank you very much!

Dr Silverstein has been my Dr. for over 30 years. He is very thorough during my visit to his office. He makes sure that I receive an excellent examination. When warranted, he will refer you to a specialist. When I had a heart condition he sent me to one of the best heart specialist in the state of Maryland. The office staff is very courteous and responsive to my needs.
